Cancellation & Refund Policy

In order to obtain reimbursement of delegate registration, all cancellations for the 13th Wonca World Rural Health Conference must be submitted in writing to: adrian@conventuscredo.hr.

Conference registration

  • Cancellations of Conference registration received in writing by January 1, 2015, will be refunded, less a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations of Conference registration received in writing between January 2, 2015 and February 28, 2015, will be refunded, less a 25% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations of Conference registration received in writing between March 1, 2015 and April 5, 2015, will be refunded, less a 75% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations of Conference registration received in writing after April 5, 2015 will not be refunded, other than exceptional circumstances to be reviewed and agreed by the organizing committee.

Hotel Accomodation

  • Cancellations of hotel accomodation received in writing by January 1, 2015, will be refunded, less a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations of hotel accomodation received in writing between January 2, 2015 and February 28, 2015, will be refunded, less a 25% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations of hotel accomodation received in writing after March 1, 2015 will not be refunded, other than exceptional circumstances to be reviewed and agreed by the organizing committee.

Social events

  • Cancellations of social events received in writing by January 1, 2015, will be refunded, less a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations of social events received in writing between January 2, 2015 and February 28, 2015 will be refunded, less a 25% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations of social event received in writing between March 1, 2015 and March 15, 2015, will be refunded, less a 75% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations of social event received in writing after March 15, 2015 will not be refunded, other than exceptional circumstances to be reviewed and agreed by the organizing committee.
